The Second Version is here, the Dean USA Custom Thorobred 25.5 Alex Lopez run… an emerging artist from Worcester Mass, Alex has been a customer for years and has this thing for snakeskin and green guitars but for this he expanded his color palette to appeal to a wider audience lol.
This first one is Scarlett red airbrushed snakeskin with gold hardware and Fishman Fluence pickups.
This guitar is the most stunning I have seen come out of the Dean custom shop and there are two of each color available. Two red, two green, two purple, two reg snake, and two black and white all with a snakeskin pattern no two will be alike .
25.5” scale with grove locking tuners and fishman modern pickups with push-pulls for classic and modern sound to the guitar.
Solid maple top and oil finished natural mahogany neck and painted back of headstock. In person, this guitar looks absolutely amazing and it blew my doors off when we opened the box today. Hats off to the guys and girls at Dean for making this project happen and to Alex for the idea. He may keep a couple do these but the others will be available.
