The Violet SM does not compromise on sound or workmanship. The soundboard of the instrument is made from carefully selected Sitka spruce, whose excellent acoustic properties are further enhanced by our innovative individual voicing process. The back and sides are made from  solid African mahogany. This combination gives the guitar a perfectly balanced sound with clear highs, warm bass and long-lasting sustain. It is thus ideal for delicate fingerstyle as well as more aggressive flatpicking or strumming.In addition to a number of dark appointments, the beautiful natural appearance of the instrument is further enhanced by our Open-Pore Finish, which leaves the deep pores of the wood open. The Violet SM is available in both dreadnought and grand auditorium with cutaway.

The Furch Violet Master’s Choice model is fitted with the LR Baggs Stagepro Element system, which features a side-mounted preamp with a tuner.
